Return and exchange
FOR INDIA | RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The return or exchange of an item will only qualify if it meets all Terms & Conditions.
- You can return an item for store credit or you can exchange it for a different size or style within 7 days from when it is received by you. Your store credit will be valid up to 6 months from the date of when the return is received by us. Additionally, please note customized products, Gift Cards, items on Sale or purchased with a Discount Code are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
- A flat Rs.150 is chargeable for returns and exchanges for orders purchased with Free Shipping.
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
- Please note we do not refund money on any merchandise sold.
- Store credit or exchange can be processed only if we receive the merchandise in its original packaging.
- To return an item, the customer can write to us at email@example.com requesting a return. However, please note we do not offer reverse pick ups. If you want to return a product please send the same to our office address.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
- All goods will be inspected on return for damage, spoiling, stains and odors.
- All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
- Doodlage is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. If the customer is unable to manage a reverse pick up and customer pin code is serviceable for reverse pick up. You can request our team to organize the pick up. Charges for the pick up will be deducted from customers' store credit upon receipt.
- We are not responsible for unidentified returns or items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Please note accessories, customized products and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You can also connect with us to repair or alter your old Doodlage purchases.
- Once your order is confirmed, you can only make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is moved to processing we will not be able to make any changes in your order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies only if merchandise is received under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged.
- Merchandise must have all tags still attached. Please inform our customer care department in case an item was delivered without tags.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
All Doodlage merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. We try hard to keep our customers very happy so if you are not satisfied with your purchase or service please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to cater to your requirements.
