ABOUT DOODLAGE (doo-dl-eɪdʒ)
We at Doodlage, Upcycle factory waste into short limited edition collections. Recycle post consumer waste and post cutting scraps into new fabrics to create season-less well finished garments made for longevity. What we waste is segregated and converted into accessories, soft furnishing products and paper to make our packaging or stationery products. All our pieces and fabrics are made with ethical production units and our packaging is designed to be plastic free. You can also connect with us to upcycle your sarees and denims into fresh Doodlage styles.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
Minimum international shipping is INR.3000. Exact shipping can be calculated at checkout based on the weight and zip code of your order before proceeding to payment.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
You can refer to our size chart, listed on every product page, in case you're unsure, you can always reach out to us on whatsapp chat or email us on email@example.com. We'll be available to assist you throughout our working hours Mon-Sat 9am-6pm. All queries are responded within 12-24 hours.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All our items are made-to-order. We typically take 7-12 business days to process your order and an additional 2-3 days for shipping within India. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
I NEED MY ORDER EARLIER THAN 7-12 DAYS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, depending on the style, size and the shipping pin and zip code. Please reach out to us on Whats App, Email or on Chat through our website before placing your order. COD is not available on urgent deliveries.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cheque Payments, UPI & Bank Deposits. We also accept COD on non-urgent deliveries.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You'll receive an email and whatsapp message updates when your item is shipped with tracking details. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and phone number while placing your order. Do enable permission to send messages for whatsapp updates for a smoother experience.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
All our items are made-to-order due to which we don't refund on any items sold. However if you'd wish to return your item for store credit, you can drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request along with any feedback for us to improve our product offering. Please note customized items cannot be returned. We don't offer exchanges or returns on International orders. We do not offer return pickups as the cost for the same is not included in our pricing. If you are not entirely happy with your order you can connect with the team on email@example.com and send the product back to our studio address, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE STORE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
Upon receipt of the item and a quality check, we'll typically issue a store credit within 7-10 business days. You can use the coupon code while placing your next order with us. Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
